The composition is located in a mountainous area with prime views of both the city and the green hill that surrounds it. The need for the utilization of the perimetric view from all areas of the house led to raising the land (which was also done for the creation of underground parking) and splitting the building into two volumes. The morphology, apart from the formulation of the openings, is characterized by an expanded articulation of volumes, which is established by the natural slope of the plot and the current legislation of the region that requires sloping roof. Also, the need for sun protection of the interior that led to the projection of the roof and the incorporation of louvers, was yet another factor that determined the final form.
